Week of April 5th -9th

High lights of the week:

JM started to get very very busy so we don't see him much.

Sam is growing like a weed!

Thursday I took Sam into school.  The FFA Alumni put on a big Career Day at the high school so I thought it would be a good time to visit. I hadn't planned on staying to long but we were there for almost 3 hours! yikes!

Friday I met Grandma Keach at Yoder's Kitchen in Arthur for lunch.  Every month Grandma and a group of her classmates from high school meet for lunch and chit chat.  Since they were going to be close, I decided Sam and I would make the trip over.  It was a great lunch and great company.  Sam was fussy off on and throughout the lunch but this week that seems to be the normal.  Here is Grandma Keach with Samee.

Fussiness:  Sam has it.  She is going through a growth spurt which explains her crazy eating schedule and some of her fussiness.  She is a pretty gassy infant though and that doesn't help her poor tummy.  All week I have been trying to be SO careful with what I eat b/c some stuff does make her little tummy hurt.  That has to be the worst feeling ever though.  When I was pregant I could eat whatever and only I paid for it.  It's a pretty horrible feeling to have her screaming and straining because her tummy hurts and its MY fault.  Yikes.

Friday was a little rough. She just kept fighting sleep.  She was SO SO SO tired but just could not/would not fall asleep.  It finally ocurred to me that I had a glass and a half of tea at lunch.  Thank you caffeine! not! So no more caffeine for me.
