The Drop

I'm pretty sure it has occured...the drop.  As I was getting ready this morning, I once again thought "WOW, what a baby bump".  The more I thought about it and of course discussed with some friends, the baby has shifted - no doubt about it.  I now am struggling to keep up all pants that were fitting fine in the last week, which has to do with the elastic not stretching all the way up over the bump AND that they sit different.  I couldn't really put my finger on exactly why they felt like they fit different utnil I realized what had happened.  Some things make sense now, though.  The different types of movement and the fact that I can BREATHE (better- which at first I thought was soley b/c I had gotten over my cold).

I am slowly getting things ready for my maternity leave.  I've started a binder for her with important info and that sort of stuff.  Jaye is going to do a great job b/c she has her degree in Ag Ed and wants to do most of her own lesson plans.  EXCELLENT!  Couldn't be happier or more blessed.

A cute note about my students - they want to through me their own baby shower.  Too cute!

Today was my mom's birthday.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!
